1. A serial killer murders people in a neighborhood by cutting their throats, and a group of friends decides to hunt down and confront the killer despite the danger to themselves.
2. A documentary filmmaker interviews residents of a notorious housing project where children have been disappearing for decades and the footage reveals something inhuman living in the stairwells between floors.
3. Two rival tattoo artists working in adjacent shops begin experiencing shared nightmares where they murder each other's clients in increasingly elaborate ways that mirror their actual artwork designs.
4. A woman returns to her rural hometown for her mother's funeral and finds the entire community has been practicing ritualistic cannibalism for generations under the guidance of their pastor.
5. A heroin addict living in a condemned tenement building witnesses her neighbors vanishing one by one while something ancient in the walls begins whispering her dead daughter's name.
6. Three college dropouts open a barbershop in their grandfather's vacant storefront but discover the previous tenant left behind jars containing preserved human tongues and detailed killing instructions.
