1. A heroin addict wakes in a facility where other patients claim to be from different centuries and the doctors perform procedures that seem designed to extract something from their minds.
2. Three teenagers exploring an abandoned sanitarium discover a room filled with photographs of themselves as children but none of them have any memory of being hospitalized there before.
3. A grief counselor begins experiencing violent hallucinations of her deceased patients while treating survivors of a cult massacre and her license gets revoked when she attacks a colleague.
4. A woman inherits her grandmother's boarding house and finds tenants living in the basement who insist they paid rent to someone who died years before she was born.
5. An archivist cataloging old psychiatric records realizes the case files describe recent murders in exact detail but were all written decades before the crimes actually occurred in town.
6. A mental patient escapes from an asylum and is mistaken for a motivational speaker, but faceless figures begin hunting him while he experiences supernatural danger and hallucinations.
