1. A reformed pickpocket teaches ethics classes at a community college but her kleptomaniac tendencies resurface during faculty meetings and she quietly steals everyone's lunches from the break room.
2. A small-town librarian accidentally gets elected sheriff due to a ballot mix-up and her book club volunteers become the dysfunctional police department while criminals go unpunished.
3. A traffic court judge and a parking enforcement officer begin dating but their opposing philosophies about rule-breaking create absurd conflicts that spill into their workplace and confuse defendants.
4. An uptight prosecutor's carefully structured life unravels when his free-spirited twin brother impersonates him at work for a week and befriends all the criminals he previously convicted.
5. Two divorce lawyers who specialize in amicable separations fall in love but discover their own relationship advice is useless when they move in together and everything becomes chaotic.
6. A habitual con man conceals his criminal past from his son, but when the son becomes an assistant to the judge about to try his father, the con man's gang must prevent their courtroom meeting.
