1. An engineer debugging faulty terraforming equipment discovers that another crew member has been secretly transmitting data to a rival corporation and decides whether to report the breach or ignore it.
2. A rescue crew travels to Mars to investigate after the first crewed mission encounters a disaster near an unknown structure, with the goal of determining what happened and rescuing any survivors.
3. A geology professor leads a corporate expedition to extract rare minerals from Martian caves and witnesses how isolation amplifies the crew's existing interpersonal tensions and resentments over several months.
4. A woman abandons her family on a struggling colony ship when she accepts a lucrative contract to pilot solo supply runs between orbital stations and gradually loses contact with them.
5. Two estranged brothers reconnect when the younger one joins a simulation program designed to prepare colonists for Mars and the older sibling becomes his primary liaison with Earth.
6. A former military pilot takes a civilian transport job ferrying wealthy tourists to Mars observation platforms while dealing with her alcohol dependency and fractured relationship with her teenage daughter back home.
