1. An investigative journalist in Miami receives encrypted files about a secret adoption ring but her sources start dying in staged accidents that mimic valentines sent to their families.
2. A widowed mortician develops an obsessive attachment to a corpse that resembles his late wife and begins preparing elaborate romantic displays in the embalming room each night.
3. Four friends receive threatening Valentine cards and realize they're being stalked by someone they rejected thirteen years earlier, as a masked killer hunts them with Valentine's Day approaching.
4. Two estranged brothers return to their childhood home in rural Nebraska for their mother's funeral but find her body missing and strange symbols carved throughout the house.
5. A teenager awakens in a locked psychiatric ward with no memory of how she arrived and the other patients whisper that Valentine only releases those who confess their sins.
6. A hospice nurse in Portland begins receiving handmade cards from dying patients who blame her for their suffering and she discovers someone is manipulating them against her.
