Six plot descriptions for Land of Bad (2024). One is the real plot. Five are convincing fakes. Read them and guess which is real.

1. An American adviser embedded with local militias in a fictional African nation watches them commit ethnic cleansing but continues his mission as Washington denies any involvement or accountability.
2. A drone operator in Nevada tracks a suspected terrorist cell for months but the strike kills a wedding party and she returns home to her family unable to reconcile.
3. A mercenary unit operating in occupied Chechnya executes civilians on false intelligence and the commanding officer hides the atrocity while his subordinates fracture under guilt and paranoia.
4. A military special operations mission fails and a drone pilot must assist with a rescue operation when the ground team loses weapons and communication and becomes discovered by enemy forces.
5. A wounded soldier abandoned in hostile desert terrain hallucinates his dead squad members while dehydration and infection slowly kill him before any rescue attempt materializes or succeeds.
6. Two brothers inherit their father's failing arms dealership in Eastern Europe and sell defective ammunition to rebel forces, which results in a massacre that destroys their remaining conscience.
