1. A woman recovering from addiction joins an experimental therapy program aboard an offshore research station but participants begin experiencing shared hallucinations of prehistoric sharks demanding ritualistic sacrifices to prevent planetary extinction.
2. A marine biologist discovers that deep-ocean predators respond to extraterrestrial radiation pulses and begins broadcasting signals that draw the creatures into coastal waters where they dismantle fishing operations.
3. A divorced oceanographer relocates to a Gulf Coast facility where colleagues worship something beneath the continental shelf and feed condemned prisoners to genetically altered predators as offerings to beings.
4. Three estranged siblings inherit their father's failing aquarium in Maine and discover tanks containing hybrid specimens engineered from recovered alien tissue that consume human memories when touched by visitors.
5. A group of hostile aliens crash land at the ocean bottom and use mind control to weaponize sharks against a secretive small town until townspeople intervene and sharks ultimately battle the aliens.
6. Astronomers in New Zealand detect repeating signals from deep space that coincide with mass shark migrations and government officials suppress evidence linking the phenomena to disappearances along remote coastlines.
