1. Two teenage brothers sneak into a condemned drive-in on Halloween night and awaken something that feeds on their guilt over causing their younger sister's accidental drowning years earlier.
2. A horror anthology screening becomes a ritual sacrifice when the cult running the event selects audience members based on sins confessed anonymously in an online survey they completed.
3. A projectionist at an abandoned theater discovers film reels that depict murders matching recent disappearances in town while his paranoia isolates him from everyone who tries to help.
4. The last surviving employee of a shuttered drive-in cinema burns it down for insurance money but the flames release spirits of people who died there into the surrounding neighborhood.
5. A woman addicted to prescription painkillers hallucinates grotesque creatures during a movie marathon but the hallucinations continue afterward and her family refuses to believe her deteriorating mental state.
6. A host introduces five short horror films that each represent different styles of horror, including stories about various threatening situations and characters that appear throughout the segments.
