1. A teenage girl's personality fragments into distinct identities after witnessing her mother's suicide and each persona begins committing increasingly violent acts against her father's new girlfriend.
2. An anthropologist studying remote Alaskan villages discovers that residents periodically vanish into the wilderness and return days later with no memory but exhibiting predatory behavioral changes.
3. A creature that can change its appearance escapes inside a high-security prison and begins attacking and eating the prisoners and staff, causing the facility to enter complete lockdown.
4. A woman addicted to prescription painkillers believes her husband transforms into a threatening stranger each night but her sister insists he never leaves his hospice bed.
5. A grief counselor realizes his clients are adopting the mannerisms and speech patterns of their deceased loved ones while he himself begins mirroring his drowned twin brother.
6. Two brothers inherit their grandmother's rural farmhouse where the mirrors reflect versions of themselves that move independently and eventually step through the glass to replace them.
