1. A woman receives an eye transplant and subsequently experiences visions showing the final moments of her donor's life, leading her to believe that the donor was murdered rather than dying naturally.
2. An art curator curates an exhibition of paintings by death row inmates while developing an obsession with one artist that leads her to visit him repeatedly before his execution.
3. A small town's residents share identical nightmares of their own deaths and the visions begin manifesting as actual murders that replicate what they witnessed in their sleep.
4. A grief counselor begins experiencing violent hallucinations of her deceased clients and discovers that her medication has been replaced with an experimental hallucinogen by her colleague.
5. A photographer documents abandoned psychiatric hospitals but her images capture ghostly figures that she later recognizes as missing persons from unsolved cases in those facilities.
6. Two estranged brothers inherit their father's rural mortuary and one discovers the other has been performing unauthorized autopsies to harvest organs for a black market buyer.
