1. A grief counselor realizes her newest client describes murdering his wife in explicit detail during sessions and she finds newspaper clippings confirming a woman matching that description disappeared from his neighborhood.
2. A woman inherits her estranged father's rural property and finds a locked basement containing journals that document his involvement in conditioning runaway teenagers for an unnamed organization during the seventies.
3. Someone awakens in a sterile facility with no memory of their identity while masked attendants perform psychological tests and other confused individuals occupy neighboring cells with identical amnesia symptoms.
4. A philosophy student begins experiencing vivid hallucinations of her own death after joining an exclusive academic society and discovers the founder practiced ritualistic psychology experiments on previous members.
5. A young woman with amnesia and recurring nightmares joins other sorority members for a hazing ritual in a closed department store where a killer stalks and attacks them throughout the night.
6. Three teenage boys perform a backyard séance as a joke but one of them vanishes for six days and returns speaking in a language none of them recognize while exhibiting violent tendencies.
