1. Three college dropouts squat in an abandoned warehouse and develop a parasitic co-dependency that leads one of them to poison the others to prevent anyone from leaving their insular world.
2. A mother suspects her daughter has been infected by a parasitic creature, and people close to her cause her to develop a drug addiction and engage in self-destructive behavior and sacrifice.
3. Two brothers inherit their father's hunting cabin but one of them brings his girlfriend along and jealousy transforms the weekend into a calculated effort to isolate her from civilization permanently.
4. An exterminator in suburban Ohio becomes obsessed with a client's wasp infestation and begins stealing personal items from the house while the family sleeps to build his own shrine.
5. A widow moves into her late husband's childhood home in rural Maine and discovers a network of tunnels beneath the property where something inhuman has been living and feeding.
6. A social worker investigates a family of seven siblings who refuse to speak to outsiders and communicate only through a private language that seems to command physical obedience from the youngest children.
