1. A former military man and three ex-convicts are kidnapped and taken to an island where wealthy people hunt humans for sport, but a multi-headed monster also inhabits the location.
2. A grief counselor in Portland begins administering experimental hallucinogens to patients mourning violent deaths and the sessions spiral into shared psychotic episodes where they relive the tragedies together.
3. An art restorer discovers that a Renaissance painting bleeds actual human blood when exposed to sunlight and his obsession with understanding the phenomenon destroys his marriage and sanity simultaneously.
4. Three siblings inherit their father's debt to a loan shark and agree to dispose of bodies for him in exchange for forgiveness but one corpse contains evidence implicating their mother.
5. A pharmacist dilutes cancer medications to fund her gambling addiction while her brother, a hospital nurse, notices the inconsistent patient outcomes and begins his own investigation into the supply chain.
6. A documentary filmmaker investigates a rural cult whose members surgically graft additional limbs onto themselves as acts of devotion and she accepts their invitation to witness the next ceremony firsthand.
